OUR JOURNEY
Our journey began in 2017, when we founded the brand, formerly known as Strong + Sexy Fit, with a simple mission: help people reclaim their health and live vibrantly. What started humbly as a fitness eBook company has since evolved into a beloved supplement line, with over 20 products that have supported over 100,000 people on their wellness journeys.
With the arrival of our three beautiful children, we extended that vision to the next generation through a kids wellness line —Young + Healthy Fit. As parents, we’ve experienced the challenge of seeking healthy nutritious products for children in today's market. That challenge led us to a community-driven initiative that empowers parents to prioritize kids wellness with integrity. Products we trust for our own family, and proudly offer to yours.
